Cancellation Policy

At Holy City Inn Hotel Banaras, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all guests.

Free Cancellation

• Guests can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before check-in time without any charges.

Cancellation Charges

• If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of check-in, 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.
• In case of no-show (guest does not arrive), 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
• Transaction or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Modification Policy

• Booking date changes are subject to room availability and current tariff.
• Rate differences may apply for modified bookings.
